You don't really have to fill out any forms if you want to adopt because I don't have an adopters page anymore (sorry to everyone who had to do that before). However, you do have to link the sprites you take to my site. You can use the following code:

I would, tho, really appreciate it if you just filled out this short form. It helps me know that people are still coming to my site and gives me input about which sprites people like and stuff like that. You don't have to fill it out but it would be really nice! Thanx!
